1 Introduction

Made for myself, this tutorial reflects my flaws. If I were less blind towards my shortcomings, this work would be considerably better. Alas, I do not even know where to look. If you find a flaw, let me know, since apparently I am blind.

The only purpose of this publication is to be useful. I attempt to write little information accessible through various means.
